Bon Voyage Tote and Project Bag

Bon Voyage winter, Hello Spring/Summer. Get ready for picnics, BBQ’s, holiday bashes, and warm weather
adventures. Whether you’re sailing the high seas or just cruising the boulevard, this classy tote and matching
project bag are the perfect accessory.
The tote features:
Two outer slip pockets for quick access to cell phone, keys, and more.
Three inner slip pockets and a hanging zippered pocket provide secure storage for glasses, a wallet,
personal items, and more.
An easy-to-install zippers to fall flat against the bag.
A removable see-through zippered project bag is perfect for keeping supplies organized yet easy to
find and access.
**Prior to class, cut out fabrics label all pieces, apply interfacings, and quilt fabric for tote body, exterior pockets, project bag as listed on pages 2 and 7 of pattern. If you have questions, please text or call

Tips, Tricks and Tools of the trade
In this class we will talk about the basics of quilting in a way that won't be too intimidating. I hope that this will inspire you to keep quilting.
During our time here we will be making and completing a table runner.
Look for fabric for projects.
You will learn how to cut out fabric properly.
Learn how to use the rotary cutter, ruler and mat.
Sewing with the correct seam allowances to make your project work together.
Finishing your project by using a sew, turn and finish project
